Tomato, Avocado & Mozzarella Salad

4 large Roma tomatoes, peeled and cut into 1” cubes

8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into 1” cubes

1 large avocado, peeled and cut into 1” cubes

8 large fresh basil leaves, torn into thin strips

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Sea salt


Place tomatoes, mozzarella and avocado in a large serving bowl.

Toss with basil leaves and olive oil. Season with salt to taste. Serve.

HELPING HANDS: Kids can help cut the Mozzarella cheese.
