Mini Bread Rolls

For the Focaccias:

1 package A Tavola Together Focaccia Mix or Pizza Dough Mix – Original or Rosemary

1 1/4 cups club soda or sparkling water

2 tablespoons olive oil

12 count muffin pan


Mix contents of mix with 1 1/4 cups club soda and 2 tablespoons olive oil. After forming a ball of dough, cover with plastic wrap and let sit 3 hours up to 8 hours at room temperature.

After the dough has risen, pinch off some a little larger than a golf ball. Roll into a ball and place in a greased muffin cup. Continue with remaining dough.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.

HELPING HANDS: Kids can help make the focaccia and shape the rolls.
