1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups A Tavola Together Gluten Free Focaccia Mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup gluten free chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line cookie sheet with silpat silicone mat or parchment paper.
Beat butter with sugar, until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg and beat well.
Combine Gluten Free Focaccia Mix and baking powder.
Stir dry ingredients into batter. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop rounds of dough using an ice cream scoop on baking sheet.
Bake for 6 minutes then rotate trays and bake 6 minutes more or until light brown.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
