Gluten Free Brownie Cakes

1/2 cup A Tavola Together Gluten Free Focaccia Mix

1/2 cup almond meal

1/2 cup Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa powder

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9 muffin cups with a little olive oil or baking spray.

Combine all ingredients and beat on high for 2 minutes.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs.

Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
