For the Focaccia:
1 package A Tavola Together Gluten Free Focaccia Mix - Original or Rosemary
1 1/4 cups club soda or sparkling water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 9x12-inch baking pan
For the Topping:
24 asparagus spears
Prepare the Focaccia:
Prepare focaccia dough following package directions with mix and club soda.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Pour olive oil into baking pan. Spread dough into pan. Gently press raw asparagus into the dough.
Allow to rise 20 minutes. Bake as package directs. Allow to cool before serving
