1 cup A Tavola Together Gluten Free Focaccia Mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup cold butter, cut in 1/2-in. pieces
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 to 1/2 cup
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Combine GF mix, sugar and baking powder. Stir well.
Add butter and cut in with two knives or a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Mix in eggs and enough half-and-half to form a sticky dough.
Scoop out 8 balls of dough and pat into uniform rounds. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done but not overcooked.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. Serve with sweetened fruit. Dust with powdered sugar. Top with whipped cream.
