Prepare Pizza Dough following package directions using mix and club soda.
After dough has risen, sprinkle a little flour on a clean work surface. Cut dough into 3 parts. Work one piece at a time, make a disk 1/4 inch thick.
With a pizza cutter, cut dough into strips 2 inches long by 3 inches wide. Repeat with remaining dough.
Preheat oil and fry a few pieces at a time. Before you put in a piece, stretch it with your fingers, this will help it fluff up. When light brown, remove with a slotted strainer and drain on paper towel. Repeat with remaining dough.
Panzerotti are delicious eaten by themselves, or with cheese or salame.
You can also serve them sweet, with nutella, or honey and cinnamon sugar
