2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup mixed berries
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup A Tavola Together Gluten Free Focaccia Mix
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup slivered almonds or hazelnuts
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup butter or coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix fruit in a large bowl and stir in 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Set aside.
Grease a 9 x 9” baking dish. Set aside.
Stir together GF mix, almond flour, nuts, cinnamon and sea salt in a medium bowl.
Stir together melted butter and honey and mix with dry ingredients until crumbly.
Place fruit in the pan and cover with crumble mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until done.
